How Filtersight SMS consent works

This page describes the SMS consent step shown to customers after checkout for the Filter + Companion and Complete plans. The page explains the actual collection flow; it does not collect phone numbers or send messages.

Customer's own number

After purchasing a plan, the customer may enter their own mobile number on the setup page and choose whether to opt in. The consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. The customer can finish setup and use the plan without opting into texts. Tier 1 does not request a phone number or send SMS.

Optional SMS consent shown during setup
I agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Filtersight for encouragement and account support. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent isn't required to buy the plan.

Accountability partner (Complete plan)

A Complete subscriber may enter an accountability partner's number. Filtersight sends one invitation asking that person to reply YES to opt in or STOP to decline. No partner alerts are sent unless the partner replies YES. The partner can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Policies

See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Filtersight does not share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
